Women have been gathering in circle for millenia. I believe that when we come together in this way, with no agenda and simply to connect, we are sharing wisdom brought down through the ages. There is no hierarchy, and each woman brings her own value and innate wisdom and knowledge. This is an opportunity to share what's going well in life, where we're struggling and to connect at a deeper level than we may otherwise have the opportunity to in busy lives. Tammy and Claire invite you to re-connect with yourself and give yourself the space and time your soul craves.

Included: Deep spiritual chat, tea, fire, love and the elements.

Not included: Judgement, gossip and superficial chit-chat.

I'm Claire, and I've made it my mission to connect women back to each other, and to themselves. I do this by coaching, therapeutic work and by calling women to gather together, in circle. 

I'm a qualified and insured practitioner of a variety of therapeutic modalities including hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), which means that if you're struggling, or if you're just not reaching your goals as easily or as quickly as you'd like, I'm here to help you. I don't promise I can perform magic, but I've got some pretty useful tricks up my sleeves that can help you feel better, quicker than you'd think. I particularly love helping women break the ties of generational trauma so they can reach their full potential in THIS lifetime.

Tammy is a sound therapist as well as her work with Mizan Therapy at her therapy room in Arbroath. She offers relaxing sound therapy sessions, using Tibetan sound bowls as well as Mizan therapy and fertility treatment. Mizan is a gentle but effective way of massaging the abdomen. 

She believes deeply in the connection between women and our own healing that comes from this, she is beautifully intuitive in her practice and brings this to her work with others.
