Breathwork is an incredible empowering way to use your breath to support yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. 

Claire offers Concious Connected Breathwork which she will explain fully on the day, as well as giving alternatives should you need or want them. She is a student of breathwork facilitation but experienced at holding space.

Sound baths are a relaxing meditative experience where you are 'bathed' in sound, to support you in relaxation and inner wellbeing. 

I'm Claire, and I've made it my mission to connect women back to each other, and to themselves. I do this by coaching, therapeutic work and by calling women to gather together, in circle. 

I'm a qualified and insured practitioner of a variety of therapeutic modalities, and that means that if you're struggling, or if you're just not reaching your goals as easily or as quickly as you'd like, I'm here to help you. I don't promise I can perform magic, but I've got some pretty useful tricks up my sleeves that can help you feel better, quicker than you'd think. Tammy is a sound therapist as well as her work with Mizan Therapy at her therapy room in Arbroath. She offers relaxing sound therapy sessions, using Tibetan sound bowls as well as Mizan therapy and fertility treatment. Mizan is a gentle but effective way of massaging the abdomen. * Breathwork Waiver*

Breathwork is contraindicated (not advised) if you have conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, heart conditions, low blood pressure, blood pressure related conditions such as glaucoma and in early or unstable pregnancy. Sound baths are contraindicated for people with heart conditions (including those with a pace maker or stent), with epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy (up to 13 weeks).

You must discuss any medications or medical conditions with the breathwork facilitator before starting the breathwork.

c) is not intended to be relied upon for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnosis or treatment in relations to any health problem or disease. 

I understand that in undertaking breathwork practices and taking part in the sound bath, I am doing so at my own risk. It is with that understanding that I voluntarily execute this release and waiver.

*Cancellation terms and conditions: If you cancel, we will do our best to find someone to buy your ticket so we can refund yours or transfer it to the next event- the more notice you give us, the better chance we'll have. Tickets cancelled with less than 72 hours notice won't be refunded and may not be transferred. You could always gift it to someone who can make it, though!
